Products:
The Redhaven Recovery Pad is a complementary wellness tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions in your pet. Use of this product is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Results vary between individual animals.

Orders and pricing:
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment:
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Afterpay via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property:
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Redhaven Wellness and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Redhaven Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
