Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping — All Australian Orders

We offer free standard shipping on every order within Australia. No minimum spend required.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days to major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide). Regional and remote addresses may require additional time.

Order processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once it has shipped.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link.

International shipping: We currently ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Redhaven Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@redhaven.com.au.
