We stand behind the Redhaven Recovery Pad. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund:
Email support@redhaven.com.au with your order number and we'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund conditions:
- Requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date
- The pad must not have been damaged through misuse
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
Faulty or incorrect items:
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
Our 60-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.
